Some people want to be plumbers, other want to be physicists and others want to be doctors. In my direct environment (HBO) I hear people talk shit about MBO constantly and how it isn't real education. There's a huge bias against people who've been practically trained (MBO) compared tp those who have had different educations (HBO and WO). Tasks performed: opening tracks for tubing, complete new plumbing, electrical installation, underfloor heating, all external walls rockwool isolated, drywall assembly and plastering, tile laying, painting, flooring.īesides plastering which is a very difficult task, everything is very DIYselfable.Īfterwards I got a job I really liked and now I wouldn't change my engineering career for one of a handyman as it is much more physically demanding and one needs to deal with a lot of dirty situations.
